Every initiative in one queue
Put every initiative in one plan with its priority and its effort, and see which teams and budget lines it uses, period by period. Load all demand at once and see what it would take to deliver it, and in what order.
Public sector · Netherlands
For ministries, implementing agencies, provinces and municipalities, people and time bind as tightly as money. In aangine, projects, capacity and budgets share one live plan, so every new priority shows what it displaces before anyone commits.
The situation
Each year, the Miljoenennota presented on Prinsjesdag sets out how central government will fund its priorities. Housing, energy, digital services and the work of implementing agencies all draw on the same budget and the same people. For a ministry or an implementing agency, sequencing becomes a concrete question: what goes first, what waits, and on what basis?
Digital autonomy adds a portfolio of its own. The move toward a sovereign government cloud under the Dutch digitalization strategy means migrations and new platform teams. All of it runs alongside the services citizens use every day, and much of it depends on the same specialists.
Energy brings another queue. Grid connections and electricity projects add permitting and planning work for provinces, municipalities and agencies, alongside everything already in their plans. That work moves fastest when the people who run it have room in the plan, and when that room is planned rather than assumed.
How aangine helps
Portfolio planning is, at heart, queue management: what fits now, what waits and what it would take to move it forward. As a decision layer above your PPM and delivery tools, aangine answers that, with data flowing both ways.
Put every initiative in one plan with its priority and its effort, and see which teams and budget lines it uses, period by period. Load all demand at once and see what it would take to deliver it, and in what order.
Lock work that is legally required or already committed. One click rebalances everything else around capacity, dependencies and budgets. Dependencies hold, deadlines hold, and the plan explains which team or budget ran out.
Bring your own AI, on-premises or in the cloud. Only IDs go to the model, never project, person or department names, and charts come from aangine’s algorithms and real data. Run it as SaaS, in a private cloud or on-premises.
Plan a cloud migration as a portfolio: the dependencies between migrations, capacity by platform team and the services that must keep running. The AI Portfolio Analyst highlights overloads and risks so they surface early.
In practice
How a ministry, province or implementing agency can turn a new national priority into a sequence it can explain and defend.
Bring every initiative into one plan from your PPM tools and spreadsheets, with priority and effort. Approximate figures are enough to get going.
Place the new task, such as grid permitting work or a cloud migration, as demand on the teams that will actually carry it.
Replan in one click and see which work moves, which team reaches its limit first and which commitments stay locked in place.
Put a few sequences side by side on cost, capacity, value and timing. Algorithms calculate. AI discovers. Humans decide. The approved plan then flows back.
How aangine works
aangine is the decision layer above the tools you already use. No rip & replace: it imports your plans, replans them in one click and pushes the approved plan back.

The result: faster, clearer decisions when it matters most.
